I wanted to feel better about their sourcing claims, but I couldn’t find much clear info. Maybe it’s there and I missed it, but it wasn’t easy to track down. I’ll probably still use the product for now, but I do wish they were more upfront about where everything is sourced from.

The jewellery was actually really nice, and there was something about it that felt quite and easy to wear. I just thought the selection was a bit limited. A few of the styles looked kind of similar, so I was hoping there’d be more variety to look through. Still nice stuff overall, just wish there was a bit more choice.

The return process was simple and did not take much effort. My refund took a few days to show up, but overall it was a smooth experience.

The jewellery itself arrived fine, so I can’t really complain too much, but the packaging felt basic compared to what I was expecting. The box had a few small dents and didn’t seem all that secure, which made me feel a bit pressured to check everything right away in case something was damaged. Luckily, the item inside was okay. It looked decent enough, just not very special. Overall it was fine, but I do think they could put a bit more care into the packing

I don’t think it was worth what I paid. The jewellery looked way nicer online, but in person it just didn’t feel as good quality as I expected. For the price, I thought it’d be better. I wouldn’t buy again.

I kept having to chase support, which felt unnecessary, and they mostly just dodged the issue. After all that back and forth, the problem still hasn’t been fixed.

I ordered from treatyjewellery.com and, as far as I can tell, everything came exactly as listed. The size and design looked right, and I didn’t notice any issues after checking it over. It took me a little while to make sure, but overall it seems fine.

I was really drawn to the look of this jewellery, and to be fair, it does match the photos well. It’s cute and easy to wear, though part of me wonders if the pictures were meant to make it look a bit more premium than it actually is.
After wearing it a few times, it still looks fine, but the material feels lighter than I expected and not very sturdy. I don’t hate it, but I’m also not fully convinced it’ll last long. Overall, it’s decent for the look, but 3 stars feels about right.

They did a good job keeping me in the loop throughout the order, which was nice. Replies were a little slow here and there, but nothing too frustrating. Overall, I was happy with the experience.

I’m still waiting on my refund, and it’s been taking way too long. Even just a small update with an estimated date would’ve helped, but so far I haven’t seen anything come through.

I had a hard time figuring out the full cost upfront. The pricing info felt a bit unclear, and I didn’t really know what I’d be paying until later. Would’ve been much better if they showed a total price from the start.

I’m disappointed with this one. I swear their stuff used to look nicer and closer to the pictures, but this necklace was way off. In the photos it looked shiny and delicate, but the one I got was darker and a little cheap-looking. The size also didn’t seem like what was shown. I know lighting can make things look different, but this felt like more than that. If the photos had been more accurate, I probably wouldn’t have ordered it

It’s a nice piece and I do like it, but it took more longer to arrive than I was thinking. Overall okay, just not totally perfect.

The stone on my ring looked way better in the photos than it did in person. When it arrived, it seemed kind of dull and cloudy, and I could see a few tiny marks inside. The color also looked a little uneven, which was disappointing for the price.
I did email about it, but i just ended up feeling let down. Maybe I got a bad one, but mine really didn’t feel like the quality I was expecting. I wouldn’t buy it again.

Getting a reply felt like it took forever. I kept checking back, then waiting some more, then having to follow up again, which got frustrating. I get that things can be busy, but it would’ve been nice to hear something sooner instead of feeling like I had to keep chasing customer service just to get an answer

I reached out hoping to get some help, but they weren’t helpful at all. I kept feeling like I was explaining the same thing over and over, and in the end, nothing really got resolved. Disappointing, sadly.

Tried to exchange my order and somehow it became this big confusing mess. The replies were so slow I felt like I’d joined the “Refresh Your Inbox Club,” with me constantly chasing them like it was my new part-time job...

My first reaction was nope, they started feeling uncomfortable after just a short time, and I couldn’t wait to take them off

I was browsing Treaty Jewellery looking at some rings and earrings, and a few pieces did catch my eye. The problem was that most of the ones I actually liked were out of stock.

After a while, I started doing that thing where you just assume anything nice is probably unavailable before even clicking on it. The site itself looks perfectly fine, but there didn’t seem to be much I could actually buy.

I might check back another time in case they restock, but on this visit it felt like I spent more time getting my hopes up than actually shopping.

I seen some nice designs and they was definitely unique, but overall it just wasn’t really my style.
